MIRAI Cold 30 T

MIRAI Cold 30 C/W/T is a high-capacity, water-cooled closed-cycle cooling machine from the MIRAI range, designed for demanding industrial applications where powerful, ultra-low temperature cooling is essential. With significantly higher cooling output than MC 10 and MC 15 models, it is particularly suited for large-scale freeze-drying (lyophilization), pharmaceutical processes, chemical applications, and more.

The system operates in a closed indirect refrigeration cycle, with Air as the refrigerant — a clean, sustainable, and fluorocarbon-free solution that ensures long-term environmental and operational safety.

Operating temperature range:
Standard: from –40 °C to –120 °C
Optional: down to –160 °C — depending on your selected heat transfer fluid and available upon request.

The unit is equipped with additional heat exchanger, optimized for use with standard heat transfer fluids (HTFs) such as silicone oil or others. Please note that the machine does not include internal pumps or electric heaters (heating elements). You must supply your HTF to the built-in heat exchanger using your own external pump.

As with all C/W/T models, engineering support is required for integration into your system. The Mirai Intex engineering team will guide you through every step of the setup to ensure seamless and efficient operation. Additionally, the machine can be optionally delivered with remote monitoring and control features, available upon request.

In the event of power outages or voltage fluctuations on the customer’s side, MIRAI systems can automatically restart and restore all operating parameters within 30 seconds — without requiring operator intervention.
