MIRAI Cold 10 D is a special type of closed cycle machine operating only with air (no need for secondary fluid).
“D” stands for direct expansion. Air is directly expanded to the special heat exchanger located inside the cold chamber. The heat exchanger is equipped with a fan for optimal air flow in the chamber. Developed by Mirai Intex to work with air as a refrigerant and optimized for MC 10 D it is an ideal solution for small cryotherapy chambers.
MIRAI Cold 10 D is available with an optional power boost adding up to 3.3 kW of cooling capacity.

Control Panel
User-friendly interface and easy control of the machine is provided by 7” color touch screen panel. System is compatible with digital communication protocols ProfiNET, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, and Powerlink.
Electrical Cabinet Air Filter Cartridge
The only part requiring regular attention. Each 9000 operating hours or by machine’s demand cartridge needs to be replaced. Simple task not requiring any special training or certification.
Auxiliary Fan
Provides air flow in the cold chamber. Speed is automatically controlled by the machine. Motor is located outside the cold chamber to prevent heat gains and need to use motor heater.
Heat Exchanger
Special air/air radiative heat exchanger developed by Mirai Intex exclusively for MC 10 D. Unique design respects high requirements for pressure drop. Surface is hydrophobic to minimize ice accumulation.
