MIRAI INTEX Expands Propane Turbocompressor Operating Envelope and Updates Performance Calculator
MIRAI INTEX continues to enhance the engineering tools available to OEM manufacturers working with the company’s propane turbocompressors.
An updated version of the integrated engineering calculator is now available in the OEM Partner Zone. The latest release enables engineers to calculate operating conditions for systems with an economizer and model compressor performance under part-load conditions.
At the same time, the Operating Envelope map of the MIRAI propane turbocompressor has been significantly expanded. This gives engineers and system developers the ability to evaluate compressor performance across an even wider range of operating conditions and select the optimal equipment configuration for specific projects more efficiently.
More Accurate Calculations at the Design Stage
The updated calculator has been developed around the practical engineering requirements of OEM refrigeration equipment manufacturers.
The new functionality allows users to:
- calculate operating parameters for systems with an economizer;
- model compressor performance under part-load conditions;
- select equipment more accurately while significantly reducing the amount of manual engineering calculations.
These capabilities allow engineers to analyze different refrigeration system operating scenarios more efficiently and obtain more accurate performance data during the development of new projects.

Looking Ahead: A New Model to Be Presented at Chillventa 2026
The next major milestone will be MIRAI INTEX’s participation in Chillventa 2026, taking place in October in Nuremberg, Germany.
At the exhibition, MIRAI INTEX will present a new model of its propane turbocompressor, expanding the existing product range and opening up additional possibilities for integrating the technology into industrial refrigeration systems.
From 13 to 15 October, visitors to the MIRAI INTEX stand (Hall 4, Stand 4-540) will be among the first to discover the new compressor, explore its operating characteristics, and discuss integration opportunities for modern refrigeration systems.
